When your FedEx shipment is created, it's assigned a unique tracking number (usually 12 or 15 digits). This number is scanned at every handling point — pickup, sorting hub, departure, arrival, customs, and delivery.
You can track your shipment at fedex.com, through the ShipAnywhere dashboard, or via our tracking page.
The shipping label has been generated but FedEx hasn't received the package yet. This status can last until the package is picked up or dropped off.
FedEx has physically collected the package. It's now in the FedEx network.
The package is moving through the FedEx network — in a truck, at a sorting facility, or on an aircraft. International shipments may show "In Transit" for 1-3 days without updates during the flight leg.
The package has been released from the origin country (Singapore). It's either en route or has arrived at the destination country.
The package has arrived at the destination city's FedEx facility and is pending customs clearance.
The package is being processed by customs authorities. Normal clearance takes 1-4 hours for properly documented shipments. Complex or incomplete documentation can extend this to days.
Customs requires additional information, documentation, or duties payment before releasing the package. Causes include: missing HS codes, vague item descriptions, value disputes, or recipient not responding to KYC requests.
The package is on the delivery vehicle heading to the recipient's address.
The package has been delivered. The tracking should show who signed for it and the delivery time.
